Here’s how it’s going to work:
A preview link will be emailed the night before the sale opens. The preview link is for preview-only — to show you the available designs before the sale is live.
I only made a limited edition batch of these tiny paintings — so it’s first come, first claim, first buy!
The evening/afternoon of Thursday, November 9th, an email containing a preview link & invitation to join this private Facebook event will be sent to the email provided.
At 7am Friday, November 10th (Veterans Day, Observed), the live sale opens to all email subscribers. *The live event will be conducted via Facebook Event, so when you receive an email invitation to join this Facebook event, join it so that you can claim your tiny painting(s). (Email invite to join the Facebook Event will be sent at the same time as the preview link — so be sure to join the FB event at the same time!)
Within the Facebook event, place a comment or DM to CLAIM which tiny painting(s) you want to buy (“D5, E12, etc.). I’ll confirm if they’re still available in the comments, and I’ll follow up directly with a shop link or invoice via email for you to pay for the paintings. I’ll update the photos of available/claimed paintings throughout the day. **Timestamps of posts/DMs/emails will be used to determine who claimed a painting first.
Look for that emailed invoice to your inbox, pay it online with credit/debit card/PayPal, and your painting is secured! (Failure to pay invoice within 12 hours without notice will result in your claimed painting to go up for bid again — message with any issues/questions).
At 7am on Saturday, Nov. 11, a New Facebook & Instagram Post will open the sale to the public! (the subscriber-exclusive event will close). The process for claiming these will be the same. via comment/DM on the posts & email invoice follow-up.
Nov 13-16 all paintings bought will be packed for local pickup/drop-off or shipping via USPS.
