Registration for Workshop: Designing from Destruction - at Preservation Framer
3/29 workshop cancelled. New date: April 26! More info soon!
"Designing from Destruction" Art Workshop: This program invites participants to create a "beautiful" acrylic painting. They are then invited to "destroy" parts of their paintings by inviting elements of chaos, and then guided through methods of still drawing out beauty from the unpredictable chaos that happened to their painting in progress. This workshop processes upon metaphors of life, the unpredictable last few years, and some of the techniques Rachel Brask uses when creating her signature style of paintings of rainy days. This workshop can be somewhat therapeutic; perfectionists invited to come with an open mind.
No prior art experience needed! All materials included.
Wednesday, March 29, 6-8pm
Pricing: $50/each, $40 ($10 discount each) if you sign up with a friend
Workshop Location: Preservation Framer, 31 North Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA
